SHIPPING: All shipping cost are calculated by direct links to UPS and USPS. International orders must contact us for international shipping rates before sending payment. We will ship in compliance with the United States Customs laws. Our shipping costs are weight-based rate determined by the order's weight and the carrier requested.

SHIPPING CARRIERS:


Continental US orders costs will be determined by the carrier, such as US Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Services (UPS). International orders will be shipped by USPS, except Canada which also has UPS service available.


CUSTOMER GUARANTEE: COLLECTORS' OUTPOST, INC. wants satisfied customers. The customer's satisfaction is very important and it is guaranteed. If the customer is not satisfied they can return the product for a refund or replacement. The return of the product must be within 30 days of the original shipping date. We will keep our customers informed by email of any problems with their orders. We will ship within three business days all items in stock and notify the customer of back-ordered items.

RETURN POLICY: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, all accompanying paperwork or documentation of the product, and packaging of the product. When you return an item, and most important, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. PAYMENT OPTIONS: We gladly accept checks, money orders, credit cards, or PayPal for on-line, mail, fax, and phone order transactions. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
